Day 1: Arrive Dar es Salaam International Airport to be assisted in connecting short flight to Selous Game Reserve. On arrival your driver/guide from Rufiji River Camp and his safari land rover will be waiting to transfer you to Rufiji River Camp. It is 5 minutes from airstrip to the lodge. Lunch and afternoon game viewing. Dinner and Overnight at Rufiji river camp.
Day 2: Full day game viewing at Selous Game Reserve, the largest game reserve in Africa and second only to it's concentration of wildlife. You can choose from guided walking safari, boat or game viewing in open 4x4 vehicles. All meals at lodge. Overnight at Rufiji River Camp
Day 3: Morning and afternoon game viewing in Selous. All meals and Overnight at Rufiji River Camp.
Day 4: After breakfast transfer to airfield and fly to Ruaha National Park which has just combined with Usangu game reserve and make it to be a Largest National Park in Africa (Over 15,000 Squire kms) in size followed by Serengeti and one of wildest in Tanzania consisting of hills, rivers, plains and greater variety of wildlife. On arrival you will be met by your driver/guide from Ruaha River Lodge. After lunch and short rest enjoy game viewing in an open 4x4 safari vehicle. Dinner and overnight at Ruaha River lodge.
Day 5: Morning and afternoon game activities at Ruaha.You can choose from guided walking safari or game viewing. All meals and overnight at your tented lodge.
Day 6: Full day at Ruaha. All meals and overnight at your lodge.
Day 7: After an early lunch transfer to airstrip and fly to Dar es Salaam where you will be met and transferred to Mediterraneo Hotel overlooking Indian Ocean for dinner and overnight.
Day 8: Early breakfast and airport transfer.
