Overview
Lupita Island Resort and Spa is a peaceful Tanzania resort at the southern end of Lake Tanganyika offering visitors total privacy in complete comfort. Nestled amongst the only group of islands on the lake, this all-inclusive luxury resort is built on a 110 acre island and offers guests complete privacy. Surrounded by a spectacular combination of dense indigenous forest, open grassland and rocky outcrops, Lupita Island offers a wide variety of interests. The Lupita Island Resort and Spa was designed to blend in with the environment and has breathtaking surroundings. Hot waterfall showers cascading over stones, black granite sinks, large outside baths add to the Lupita experience. The resort is accessible by air to its own private airstrip on the mainland. There are twice weekly charter schedules on Mondays and Thursdays, and private charters can be arranged at all times.
