Overview
Nomad Tarangire is a new tented camp in Tarangire National Park. This small and stylish camp offers the ultimate all round African bush experience; from game drives in the key game spots, with opportunities for exciting walking safaris and fly camping expeditions within the remote wilderness areas of Tarangire. The landscape is famous for its Baobab trees, which are scattered throughout the park. It’s a strong, rolling wilderness that over the last hundred years has earned the respect of the bush-wise, first as a hunting ground, and more recently as a vital wildlife sanctuary in Tanzania’s Great Rift Valley.

Accommodation
• Nomad Tarangire has 4 uniquely designed 'Bedouin style' safari tents with a total of 8 beds. The unique design of the new tents offer comfort, space, and light and take full advantage of the passing breezes.

• The inner bed tent area has large, comfortable beds, with optional roll-down canvas sides and shade netting. The outer 'living' area is also netted with optional roll-down sides, kelim rugs, a screened dressing area and en suite bathroom.

Facilities
• There is a mess and dining tent, which is spacious, welcoming, and funky, and definitely somewhere to spend a relaxed afternoon, either inside in the library/lounge area or in the shade of a tree lying in a hammock soaking up the Tarangire vibe.

Activities
• The park offers a host of excellent game driving opportunities in private 4WD vehicles with own private guide, fantastic walking safaris through the wilder areas of the park, phenomenal birding and game viewing with the park being well known for its large herds of elephants.

Dining
• Dining is a very simple affair with a long dining table, so everyone tends to eat together. Food is really good here, and as with many of these really small bush camps you experience a unique blend of African bush cuisine with a taste of modernity.
