Overview
Lake Manyara Wildlife Hotel is is situated some 80 miles from Arusha Town, built on the tip of the Great Rift Valley, 4500 feet above sea level. The hotel was the first accommodation at Lake Manyara, thus had initial preference in picking the best location, which boasts superb panoramic views of the whole park and the lake. All rooms have an outstanding view over the Rift Valley and Manyara. The restaurant is supplied daily by local farm produce and the bar is warm and cozy spot to relax in and taste delicious cocktails. A local farm supplies Lake Manyara Hotel's restaurant with fresh farm produce and menus are varied between buffets and à la carte dining options.

Accommodation
• The hotel has 100 comfortable rooms, all of which overlook the national park or the lodge gardens. All the rooms have en suite bathrooms with shower attachments.

• There are three family rooms and the hotel also offers a babysitting service (by prior arrangement). A 3rd bed and limited baby costs are available on request.

• The 2 suites each have an adjoining lounge and stocked mini bars are available on request.

Facilities
• The hotel has a swimming pool, a superb terrace and a shop selling objects of tanzanian art.

Activities
• The hotel arranges day wildlife watching and game driving safaris in Lake Manyara.

• Canoeing safaris and boating trips on the tranquil and beautiful waters of the Lake and horse back riding and mountain biking around the park and adjacent landscapes.are also organised.

Dining
• Meals served at the hotel include local and international foods prepared by well-trained chefs. Bush dinners are also available (depending on occupancy).

• The restaurant gets its daily produce from the local farm, and the bar is a friendly meeting point where guests can relax with a cocktail in hand and exchange stories of their day's adventures.
