Overview
Tent With A View is a luxury lodge located on a beautiful Indian Ocean beach surrounded by the stunning bush of Saadani National Park. The lodge offers a peaceful retreat from which to explore Tanzania's only coastal wildlife reserve on a deserted beach just outside its' boundary on the Tanzania coast. Saadani is in the unique position of providing the opportunity to observe Africa's big game and bird life interacting with the sea. Being close to the park, near to the park's headquarters at Mkwaja and by the green turtle nesting beaches of Madeteand, this rustic, natural lodge combines game viewing with a leisurely paced beach holiday. Merging with its' natural surroundings, TWA uses renewable energy with lights, refrigeration, and water heating brovided by solar power.

Accommodation
• There are ten luxury tent, eight of which are elegantly perched on stilts and two at beach level. All are elegantly spaced out along the pristine Indian Ocean beach, offering total privacy.

• Each banda is furnished with an individual Swahili theme with ensuite facilities and large balconies with hammocks overlooking the Indian Ocean.

•. Toilets and showers are attached to the tents and have stylish swing door showers made of local coconut wood.

Facilities
•. The lodge is a solitary place that offers no swimming pool or a gym, but does have an extensive wildlife library.

•.Early morning boat safaris on the Wami River offer the best opportunity to see a small population of elephants.

• Take a nature walk to the lodge's own turtle hatchery started to help conserve this endangered species.

Dining
• The seaview restaurant and bar, also elevated on stilts, serves a wide range of international cuisine, and the bar is well stocked with South African wines, beers and liquors.

• Superb seafood specials caught fresh from the sea.
