Overview
Arusha Coffee Lodge is a small luxury hotel built on a working coffee plantation just outside of Arusha Town. This lodge is ideally located for the first morning of your safari as you are essentially on the road to Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti. The Arusha Coffee Lodge is extremely comfortable and is also conveniently situated near the Arusha airstrip, making it very popular for relaxing pre or post safari. Inspired by a traditional working coffee plantation, the owners have created an amazing interactive guest experience, with accommodation to the highest levels of comfort. All the private chalets feature multi-level living areas, with huge balconies and stunning fireplaces.

Accommodation
• The lodge is made up of 23 luxury rooms including a honeymoon suite in a converted stable block and several chalets. Balconies are also provided giving spectacular views of Mount Meru and the coffee plantation.

• Each chalet has its own private coffee grinder and in-room percolator, to get the true aroma of the coffee estate. All rooms are equipped with all mod cons, including a coffee percolator!

Facilities
• A large wooden deck leads to a lovely clean swimming pool and sun-bathing area, dotted with tables and sunshades. A relaxation spa is also provided. Arrange a trip to the Nothern Circuit parks.

Activities
• There is not much to do except for resting and relaxing around the swimming pool area, the tropical gardens and the coffee plantation.

• Take a 5-minute drive to Cultural Heritage, where wood carving called Makonde Arts are sold along with a wide of Tanzanite gemstones.

• Go a day trip to other nearby attractions, easily accessible from the lodge, including game drives in Arusha National Park, trekking Mount Meru,, visitng the Arusha museum or shopping at the Arusha market.

Dining
• Dinner is served at Redds African Grill House in the shade of large umbrellas set amongst the lawn and trees.
